Join the Public Policy Forum – January 22 at 3:30 p.m. Home Inspectors: Accountability, Licensing, Standards and Practice.
The Public Policy Forum will host a broad based discussion on general liability, practices and procedures surrounding home inspections Wednesday, January 22 at 3:30 p.m. during the Winter Board of Directors Meetings in San Diego. Please join us for a valuable discussion on home inspectors and inspection standards.
The invited panel will discuss a variety of issues surrounding home inspectors and their inspections, including: specialized licensing, current limitations of liability and accountability, transferability of home inspection reports, E&O coverage standards and possible identification as a substitute disclosure provider within the TDS.
