It was Moved, Seconded, and CARRIED to approve the minutes of the 2012 Spring Meeting in Sacramento.

FINANCIAL REVIEW

The Trustees/Directors reviewed and accepted financial statements for the C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation showing the following:

The Directors reviewed and accepted financial statements for the C.A.R. Education Foundation.

It was Moved, Seconded, and CARRIED to possibly work with REALTOR® University to promote and Educate members about our foundation, more details to come in 2013 from Richard Rosenthal

It was Moved, Seconded, and CARRIED to market the C.A.R. Education Foundation through the C.A.R. Website, local associations, REBS Education Department, e-blasts & Social Networking (i.e. - Facebook & Twitter).

It was Moved, Seconded, and CARRIED to solicit contributions before each Directors Meeting with a letter to each local association.
