Happy New Year!  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.

Our first meeting of the year is on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Bonsai Room I/II/III – Level One, Portola Hotel. We would like to make your time productive at our 2013 Winter Business Meeting in Montery and ask that you review & sign the 2013 Nominating Confidentiality Agreement in advance.  Please read the entire agreement, sign and fax back to me at 213-739-7286 no later than Friday, January 17, 2013.

As a Nominating Committee Member the following are some of your most important duties:

1. Privileged Information - In all fairness to our members and nominees, Committee members must consider discussions within the Committee confidential and not to be taken outside the committee room -- use discretion.

2. Confidentiality Agreement - The Association mandates the use of a Confidentiality Agreement for all members of the Nominating Committee, including the Alternates and all participants in the nominating process.

Meeting Materials will be mailed to you in advance.  If you do not receive a packet please come to Staff Headquarters at the Portola to pick up your meeting materials. Please review the draft agenda before arriving in Monterey.  For your reference click here to view the C.A.R. Campaign Guidelines.
