The Association Executive Professional Development Seminar will be held on Tuesday, January 17, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Grand Salon Ballroom F/G/H – Second Floor – Main Building, Hyatt Grand Champions. A buffet lunch will be served to participants of the seminar from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., in the Grand Salon Ballroom D/E – Second Floor – Main Building, Hyatt Grand Champions.
The C.A.R. Presidents Reception for Association Executives, Presidents and Regional Chairs will be held Wednesday, January 18, from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Mountain View Room, Renaissance Esmeralda.
The Association Executives Committee Forum will be held on Thursday, January 19, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Valencia Ballroom I/II – Lower Level, Renaissance Esmeralda.
The Association Executives Committee meeting will be held on Friday, January 20, 9:00 a.m. – 10:50 a.m., Crystal Ballroom B/C – Lower Level, Renaissance Esmeralda.
The Association Executives Lunch with C.A.R. President, LeFrancis Arnold, and C.A.R. CEO, Joel Singer, will be held on Friday, January 20, 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m., Malta Room A/B – Lobby Level, Renaissance Esmeralda.
