Mission:   To create an RAF Committee within each association for the sole purpose of increasing voluntary RAF contributions.

Objectives: 
1.   Educate members, at the local level, regarding the importance of contributing to RAF by utilizing effective strategies and messaging.
2.   Create and sustain a recognition program for voluntary RAF contributors at the local level.
