The REALTOR® Action Fund Committee and C.A.R.’s Government Affairs Team are working hard to continue to preserve and protect your ability to do business.  2011 was a difficult legislative year for the real estate industry.  Given California's ongoing state budget shortfall, it is likely that 2012 will be another difficult year.
