The Regional Chairs will meet on Thursday, May 3 from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. in Regency Room B of the Sacramento Hyatt Regency Hotel. Assistant Regional Chairs are welcome to attend.
A group photograph of the Regional Chairs is scheduled for Friday morning, May 4, immediately following the conclusion of the Executive Committee meeting in Regency Rooms D/E. The photograph is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. but could be taken earlier depending on the timing of the business items being considered that morning.
Among their various duties during the C.A.R. Business Meetings, Regional Chairs are expected to attend the Executive Committee sessions. Assistant Regional Chairs may attend the Executive Committee meetings in place of a Regional Chair who is unable to be present.
