Join the Public Policy Forum, October 3 at 2 p.m.
Topic: Proposed use of eminent domain procedures to take performing loans on underwater properties

The Public Policy Forum will host a discussion on eminent domain - Wednesday, October 3 at 2:00 p.m. -during the Fall Board of Directors Meetings in Anaheim. Please join us for a discussion with finance industry representatives and local government officials for an in depth policy discussion on the recent proposals to permit cities to take performing loans on underwater properties utilizing eminent domain.
