2011 RAF Conference Call Meeting Notes
January 7, 2011

Chair Judy Zeigler called the conference call to order at 9:07 a.m.  After taking roll call, it was determined that there was a quorum to proceed with the conference call.

The RAF Committee reviewed and discussed the Gold President Circle VIP Card Benefits and made the following recommendation:

It was moved, seconded and CARRIED that the C.A.R. Gold President Circle members in good standing who are current year RAF contributors be designated as Priority Guests and guaranteed a guest room in the host hotel for C.A.R. meetings with advance registration.

There being no further business, the conference call was adjourned at 9:40 a.m.
