Election of 2011 Subcommittee Leadership
Regarding the leadership for the Subcommittee in 2011, Ryan Smith was selected Vice Chair.  Adam Montgomery will assume the Chair position.

Additional, several issues were reported from the field:  a date certain, 10-year action plan for sewer lateral repair (as opposed to a point-of-sale) in Marin County; real estate sign issues and open house marketing/selling furniture at open houses in Corona; Prop 90 in Santa Barbara County; General Plan update in San Diego County; historic preservation in Chula Vista
