Our Spring Business Meetings are around the corner, we are meeting Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Regency Room A at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.  We will continue our meeting on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in Regency Room D/E at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Due to confidentiality, meeting materials were mailed out to all committee members the week of April 11th.  Please take some time to review our meeting materials before you arrive in Sacramento.  If you did not receive your packet of meeting materials please contact staff at 213-739-8243.  While in Sacramento if you have questions or need assistance please go to Staff Headquarters located in Big Sur A at the Hyatt.  Our Staff Headquarters will be open until 6:00 p.m. during our Spring Business Meetings.

Subcommittee members, please note the following schedule:

1. Director for Life Subcommittee meets Tuesday, May 3 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in Carmel Room B at the Hyatt
2. Teller Subcommittee meets Tuesday, May 3 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in Carmel Room A at the Hyatt
3. NAR Directors Selection Subcommittee meets Tuesday, May 3 from 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the Santa Barbara Room at the Hyatt
4. Teller Subcommittee meets Tuesday, May 3 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in Carmel Room A at the Hyatt
5. Teller Subcommittee meets Thursday, May 5 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in Regency Room F at the Hyatt

For your reference, please review the agendas for Wednesday, May 4 and Thursday, May 5 before you arrive in Sacramento to prepare for our meeting.
