Association Executives Committee
Welcome to the C.A.R. EXPO and Business Meetings in San Jose. The Following events will take place during the meetings in San Jose that are of interest for AEs and Presidents:
The AE Professional Development Seminar will take place on Tuesday, September 20, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., in the Grand Ballroom III, Marriott Hotel. There will be a buffet lunch provided for those attending the seminar in the Grand Ballroom I, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Media Training for 2012 Presidents will be Wednesday, September 21, from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., in the Grand Ballroom I/II, Marriott Hotel. This is the first half of a two part media training program for the incoming Presidents with the second half to be conducted during the January meetings in Indian Wells.
The 2012 Association Presidents Orientation, for AEs and incoming Presidents, will be on Friday, September 23, 8:00 a.m. – 9:50 a.m., in the Grand Ballroom IV, Marriott Hotel.
The Association Executives Committee will meet on Friday, September 23, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., in the Grand Ballroom IV, Marriott Hotel. Following the AE Committee meeting the AE lunch with Joel Singer and C.A.R. President, Beth l. Peerce, will be from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom III, Marriott Hotel.
Attached is the “Schedule at a Glance” which gives an overview of some of the C.A.R. meetings that are of particular interest to Presidents, Presidents-elect and AEs and can be used as a guide if you are attending these meetings for the first time.
