Welcome to the Sergeant at Arms Committee. Your commitment to serve as a
member of this hard working group is sincerely appreciated.
The primary responsibility of the Sergeants at Arms is to help make the Board
of Directors session and other committee meetings run smoothly. We
organize the room for the Board of Directors session, and distribute materials
for the Directors. Our members also assist in the Executive Committee,
the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee, the Nominating Committee, and
elsewhere as required.
Our next meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 3 from 3:30
to 4:00 p.m. in the El Dorado Room of the Desert Vista Ballroom, located
in the Conference Center of the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort. At that
time we will discuss the schedule for the week and make various assignments.
Please note that we will meet again on Friday, February 5 at 1:00
p.m. to begin the set up for the Board of Directors in the Indian Wells
Ballroom, located in the Conference Center of the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort,
which will start that day at 3:00 pm. We will meet once more on Saturday
morning, February 6 at 7:00 a.m. to prepare for the concluding session of
the Board of Directors.
