The California Association of REALTORS® recognizes and appreciates those members that take the next step and become a RAF Major Donor. Below is a description of the various levels of participation. 

REALTOR® Action Fund
Your $148 investment includes a new RAF pin given upon initial investment, a new ribbon is given to a member annually and an invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day in Sacramento.

Major Donor Levels
California Silver Bear (formerly known as California Sterling "R")
$449 Initial Investment and Annual Renewal - New Silver Bear pin given upon initial investment, a new ribbon given to a member annually and an invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day in Sacramento.

California Golden "R" (At this level, you will also be a NAR Sterling R)
$1,549 Initial Investment and $449 Annual Renewal - California Golden "R" pin given upon initial investment, a new ribbon given to a member annually, an invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day in Sacramento and an invitation to attend the annual Golden "R" Reception held at the fall C.A.R. meeting.

N.A.R. Golden "R"
$5,000 Initial Investment and $2,000 Annual Renewal.  $449 for Renewing Chartered Golden R's, if grandfathered in before 01.01.02.  NAR Golden "R" pin given upon initial investment, invitation from NAR to attend their special functions during NAR meetings, an invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day in Sacramento, and an invitation to the annual Golden "R" Reception held during the fall C.A.R. meetings.

C.A.R.President Circle Club
To become a member of C.A.R.'s President Circle Club, your minimum lifetime investment must be $1,000 to the REALTOR® Action Fund. Members receive a President Circle Pin for each $1,000 invested, up to $10,000.  The president's Circle pin will reflect each $1,000 invested with a small diamondette at the bottom of the pin.Once a member has reached $10,000 in lifetime investments, they receive a solid gold President Circle and RAF pin.

Gold President Circle Holders
$15,001 Lifetime Investment - To become a Gold President Circle Holder you have reached a lifetime investment of $15,001 or above.  Members receive a new solid gold RAF pin with a "stone" added to signify their current lifetime investments:

$15,001-$20,000 (Ruby stone)
$20,001-$25,000 (Ruby and Emerald stones)
$25,001-$30,000 (Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire stones)
$30,001 and above (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Amethyst stones)
