RE: February
4, 2010 Committee Meeting
Given California's ongoing state budget shortfall, 2010 will be
another contentious year. Your leadership in C.A.R.'s fundraising
efforts for the REALTOR® Action Fund is needed now more than ever!
There is no way to know what challenges lie ahead, but one thing is clear
-- REALTORS® must remain vigilant against potential threats to their
industry. And while these dangers are limitless, our financial
resources are not! The RAF $197 investment is our members' insurance
policy to protect their business!
The 2010 Political Affairs Leadership Team plans to give each
of you the tools to educate your fellow REALTORS®. Every local
Association in California can request a $5,000 Grant to help with a
fundraising event. We plan to show how you can get those funds and
how they might be used. The opportunities are endless and we intend
to assist you in educating your fellow REALTORS® on the importance of
investing into the REALTOR® Action Fund.
Please mark your calendars with the following meeting
