Regarding:    October Committee Meetings

Our last meeting of the year will be located in the Grand Ballroom Salon 3 at the Marriott Hotel in Anaheim and is scheduled as follows:

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7        8:00 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8             10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

I would like to welcome the incoming 2011 Strategic Planning and Finance Committee members and congratulate the current members on a very productive and successful year.  Thursday's meeting will end by 11:20a to allow time to attend the EXPO luncheon.  Therefore, the Thursday meeting will start at 8AM SHARP.  We will open up the Thursday meeting at 11:00a, so Directors may come in and ask questions on the 2011 strategic plan.

Please note: We will not be mailing hard copies of the SPF meeting materials, but instead are including them here.  A limited number of hard copies will be made available at the meeting. 

Vice Chairs Jeff Barnett and Bob Hart, Jim Hamilton, our Committee Liaison and I are looking forward to seeing all of you in Anaheim!
