The California Distinguished REALTOR® Award is the highest recognition that C.A.R. can bestow on a member.
To be considered for the honor, potential recipients:
Must have been a California REALTOR® for at least 20 years
Must have demonstrated outstanding service to C.A.R. for at least 15 of those 20 years.
Must be a C.A.R. Director for Life
Must be a current, active C.A.R. member in good standing
In addition, the award shall not be given posthumously and, finally, the award shall not be given to the C.A.R. President, President-Elect, Past President, Honorary President, current Treasurer, or to more than one recipient in any year.
