C.A.R. conducted the 2012 Social Media and Mobile Technology Survey in the fall of 2012 to evaluate how REALTORS® use mobile technology and social media to improve their business. In order to gauge what REALTORS® are doing to improve their business through the use of mobile technology, survey respondents were asked a series of questions ranging from what was their most important technology purchase/upgrade to how they measure their return on their investment in social media.
