The Aflac representative is coming to C.A.R. on Monday, December 10, at 1:30 p.m. in the 3rd floor conference room.
Starting at 1:30 p.m. the Aflac rep will do a 30 minute presentation for anyone that want more information (or refresher) on how this coverage works so you can determine if you are interested in enrolling. There are several options for your coverage (see attached), so you can tailor your protection to exactly what you need - you only elect what you want.
Starting at 2:00 p.m. the Aflac rep is available to meet with any existing policyholders so you can collect all of the outstanding wellness benefits that you are eligible for related to any check-ups or evaluations you have had during the past year. The rep can also process any additions or changes to your coverage at this time. Anyone interested in enrolling can do so at this time as well or schedule a follow-up appointment later in the week if you need some time to consider and speak with a family member or spouse.
Aflac Supplemental Insurance is available to you through your benefits package. Aflac is different from medical insurance in that it pays you cash during times of illness or injury once you have elected coverage. That cash is to ensure that out of pocket expenses, such as co-pays, coinsurance, deductibles, prescriptions, etc. don't financially impact you, especially if the illness or injury is more significant in nature. Aflac has you under it's wing to ensure your financial stability - it's really standard-of-living protection. You can use the cash from Aflac to pay bills, cover the out-of-pocket expenses, or simply to keep a roof over-head and the car in the driveway.

Please let HR (x8220) know if you are interested in attending. Thank you.
