(Short Sales, Foreclosures, and Lender REOs)

This course is Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) accredited for 4 hours of Continuing Education (CE) in Consumer Protection, when course is taken live lecture or as a online correspondence course.  BRE Sponsor No. 0001.  It is not BRE accredited when taken as a LearnMyWay® webinar course.

This course will teach you the procedures used in the sale and disposition of distressed properties. The course will reveal opportunities for business with sellers, buyers, and lenders, and provides a clear understanding of agents' responsibilities. You will also cover the job description and required paperwork changes according to whom the agent is representing.
