Vanessa Liddell, most recently a full time instructor for the Distressed Property Institute, has trained thousands of agents and brokers nationally in the process of short sales and working with distressed homeowners to avoid foreclosure.  Prior to becoming a CDPE Instructor, Vanessa was the president of a short sale processing company where, in addition to processing 100’s of short sales, she also authored and taught a DRE approved short sale training course.  Vanessa currently holds Short Sale Workshops and coaches agents through her program – Real Estate Coaching x 2.  Her programs provide agents and offices systems and advanced strategies that assist in more effectively closing short sales.  Vanessa is also a recognized trainer for both California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and most recently she teamed with Freddie Mac to teach a statewide program.
