The GRI designation is one of the most recognized designations in the real estate industry.  The GRI is a 92 hour program that provides the tools and knowledge that a broker does not have the time to give a REALTORS®.

By completing the GRI series you will receive 92 hours of continuing education credit, including all mandated courses.  Credits are as follows:

• 64 hours of Consumer Protection credit
• 8 hours of Consumer Service credit
• 20 hours of the DRE mandated Agency, Ethics, Trust Fund, Fair Housing, and Risk Management credits
