The California Association of REALTORS® is looking for a qualified candidate for our Member Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Most importantly this individual must have very strong customer service skills, and at least two years of experience in a professional environment.
In order to be successful at this position the candidate must be able to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances- difficult projects deadlines, demanding customers, tight budgets, and evolving goals and objectives. Experience with SQL database software applications is also required.
Job Duties
• Update and maintain the C.A.R. membership database, ensuring the member record data is synchronized with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) database.
• Provide C.A.R. and local Association of REALTORS® staff with reports from C.A.R.’s membership database and national database as requested. This includes preconfigured reports available through the membership database application (currently Rapattoni), as well as developing customized reports using SQL.
• Provide information regarding C.A.R. and NAR membership requirements to local Association of REALTORS® staff and REALTORS®.
• Identify and reconcile variances between NRDS member data and licensed individuals attached to the licenses of Designated REALTORS® in California.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional customer service environment.
• Experience with SQL queries required.
• Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
• Excellent work ethics and attendance.
• Listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others.
• Keeping others informed of work progress, timetable and issues.
