zipLogix is looking for a contract-to-permanent Help Desk Customer Service Representative to work in a high volume call center to support Real Estate software applications. At least 40 hrs a week, Monday through Friday. The Help Desk Customer Service Representative will serve as the front line of support for the company via phone, fax and e-mail. You will become a member of a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dynamic team of representatives.
As a member of this team, you will field a variety of calls ranging from simple website registration login questions to providing technical support for multiple software applications. Representatives will be responsible for greeting callers, establishing rapport, projecting a professional tone, handling complaints, and recording statistics on each call.
• Must have demonstrated experience dealing with a high volume of incoming calls in a call center environment. • Must have a high level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, MacOS and Internet Explorer. • Ability to learn new software quickly. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrable typing speed 30 wpm or greater. • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience. • Must possess a commitment to outstanding customer/member service, excellent telephone etiquette and people skills, and professional demeanor. • Ideal candidate is enthusiastic, courteous, empathetic, highly motivated, and able to multitask effectively. • Candidates will take a pre-employment test to determine competency level in various software programs.
• Familiarity with iOS and AndroidOS. • Microsoft CRM experience.
