The Customer Contact Center Representative will serve as the front line of support for the company via phone, fax and e-mail. You will become a member of a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dynamic team of representatives. As a member of this team, you will field a variety of calls ranging from simple website registration login questions to providing technical support for multiple software applications.
Requirements
• Must have demonstrated experience dealing with a high volume of incoming calls
• Must have a high level of computer literacy and proficiency on MS Word, Outlook, Windows and Internet Explorer
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and type 40 wpm
• This position requires a commitment to outstanding customer/member service
• Candidates will take a pre-employment test to determine competency level in various software programs
