The Customer Contact Center Representative will serve as the front line of support for the company via phone, fax and e-mail. You will become a member of a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dynamic team of representatives. As a member of this team, you will field a variety of calls ranging from simple website registration login questions to providing technical support for multiple software applications. Must have 2-3+ years demonstrated experience dealing with a high volume of incoming calls and computer literacy. This position requires a commitment to outstanding customer/member service.
