Part-time Advertising Coordinator with positive attitude needed! This is a long-term temporary position with flexible hours (20 hours per week).
The ideal candidate has previous work experience in media production and/or online ad trafficking. We’re looking for a friendly person with a positive attitude, a reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn new processes.
Position Summary: • Interface with clients, manage ad submissions. • Implement and traffic online ad campaigns and monitor delivery. • Coordinate with vendors. • Support for day-to-day operational issues.
Knowledge/Abilities: • Extremely well organized, accurate, and detail-oriented. • Creative problem solver. • Fast learner. • Able to multitask high-priority client deliverables. • Exceptional follow through skills with ability to prioritize and meet ongoing deadlines. • Self-motivated and focused. • Excellent customer service.
Qualifications: • Proficient in MS suite, especially Excel. • Internet savvy. Flash and HTML knowledge a plus. • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
