H.A.F. FUNDING REVIEW PROCEDURE
Step 1. Local Association send in a REALTOR® ASSOCIATION Funding
Request Form to:

Important:
Step 1.
Please be sure to include all appropriate documentation and board approval
before submitting (board minutes, signatures and any relevant supporting
documents).
Step 2.
C.A.R. Housing Affordability Fund's program manager will review the
REALTOR® ASSOCIATION Funding Request Form to insure it is complete.
Step 3.
C.A.R.'s Housing
Affordability Fund program manager will randomly assign ownership to a
committee member for each completed REALTOR® ASSOCIATION Funding
Request.
Step 4.
Copies of all completed
and assigned REALTOR® ASSOCIATION Funding Request Forms will be sent to all
committee members three (3) weeks prior to a meeting for
consideration.
Step 5.
C.A.R. Housing
Affordability Fund Committee will meet, discuss, and approve Motions on
whether or not and to what extent to approve funding of the proposed
projects.
Step 6.
Upon the approval of the
request, HAF staff will prepare and mail a check to the sponsoring
association. Check preparation takes approximately one week.
