At Home With Diversity 
NAR's At Home With Diversity course offers information about conducting business in culturally competent ways.  It includes updated statistics, fair housing laws, business plan development, business etiquette and more.  Click on the course title above for more information on taking the class or becoming an instructor.


SAHARAA
The South Asian Housing Assistance Resource Agency of America (SAHARAA), a community outreach program initiative undertaken by SAREAA will provide first time home buyers a multilingual housing assistance resource center to enable them to understand the home buying and mortgage loan process in a language they can understand to increase home ownership among South Asian Americans.

NAR Funding for Association Diversity Projects
Local and state associations can apply for financial support for programs and activities that position REALTORS® as leaders in our increasingly diverse communities. The Equal Opportunity-Cultural Diversity Committee (EO-CD) believes that providing resources to state and local associations is a key strategy in NAR's overall diversity program.

NAR Housing Opportunity Program
The State and Local Initiatives Fund, launched in 2006, provides seed money to grow state and local REALTORS®' housing opportunity program efforts. The two annual funding cycles occur in April and October.

The HOPE Awards
The Home Ownership Participation for Everyone Awards recognize individuals and organizations who are making significant contributions to increasing minority homeownership in their communities nationwide.

First American Latino Portal on MSN
First American has launched a personal finance center for Latinos on MSN.   The MSN Latino Personal Finance Center will offer financial education and planning for the Hispanic market. The Spanish-language portal has information on financial planning, homebuying and other related topics. Sponsor organizations, including Freddie Mac, National City Mortgage, Operation HOPE and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, will offer Spanish-language educational content and links to programs orpersonnel dedicated to supporting business generated through the Personal Finance Center. First American will contribute housing, credit and mortgage-related tools and information for prospective Latino homebuyers.
