Don Faught is the 2013 President of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.)

C.A.R. President Don Faught has been a licensed broker for more than 25 years and a C.A.R. director since 1997.  A second-generation REALTOR®, Faught is vice president and managing broker with Alain Pinel REALTORS® located in Pleasanton, Calif.  He served as the President of the Bay East Association of REALTORS in 2000 and as C.A.R. Treasurer in 2010 and 2011.

Faught has also served on numerous C.A.R. committees at all levels, including chair of Federal Issues Committee and chair of Strategic Planning and Finance Committee.  Serving as an NAR Director since 2002, he has also served on several NAR committees and is currently a member of NAR's Finance Committee. As a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 1992, a C.A.R. Housing Affordability Fund’s Founders Circle member, an RPAC Major Investor, President’s Circle member and a member of NAR'S RPAC Hall of Fame, Faught is committed to serving the real estate industry at all levels.
