Step 1.      Find Your NRDS ID # (located on your postcard mailing label)

Step 2.      Create a C.A.R. Account by clicking on the “REGISTER” button
           at  the top right corner of this page.  If you already have an
           account, skip to Step 3.

Step 3.      Sign in to your Account

Step 4.      Click on “My Account”

Step 5.      Lastly, click on “Web Page” and personalize your profile
